Shabbat morning, December 18, 2021 תפילת שבת
Ahavat Olam Synagogue welcomes everyone to join us on line via Zoom in thoughtful, moving Shabbat morning prayers on December 18, 2021 at 10:00 am, mostly sung, much in Hebrew, some in English, some in the language of the heart and in the speech of the angels.

The weekly parshah (Torah portion) is Vayechi (Genesis 47:28 – 50:26). It includes Jacob’s adoption and blessing of Joseph’s two sons Ephraim and Manasseh, his deathbed address to all his twelve sons, his death and Joseph’s reassurances to his understandably nervous brethren.
